I want this
“I try to define myself not by what I do but by who I am.”
These words have been ringing in my ears ever since I heard them not once, but twice, in the same week!
Happily I am now able to recognise these synchronicities and have reflected on what these words actually mean to me.
Yes, I am an organisational development and learning consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach. This is what I do. But I also take who I am into what I do and this creates my point of difference!
I am a social artist and facilitator of change as well as storyteller and advocate of authentic dialogue. I live my passion and model my potential through Lifelong Learning as a business entity and as a philosophy.
In 1995 I founded my business, Lifelong Learning, as a vehicle for enabling potential through a lifelong learning philosophy. Lifelong Learning is the concept of continuous development through self-actualised learning. I juggle the various aspects of the business and weave the human talent of the Lifelong Learning crew into our client needs.
Talent and Capability Statement:
I hold a Bachelor of Arts, am an accredited Myers-Briggs practitioner and a teacher of English as a second language. I have Diploma level vocational qualifications in Frontline Management and Training and Assessment. I have completed a course of study in Analytical Psychotherapy and 12 months of a Masters program in Behavioural Science with a research project leading toward a professional doctorate. I operate as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
My expertise lies in all aspects of communication, change and leadership. Put these three aspects together and you have a formula for success that has become the model within my own business and which I take into all client projects.
