Clients are entitled to a full refund of fees and charges where:

• A workshop is cancelled or re-scheduled to a time or location unsuitable to the client.

• A client is not given a place due to the workshop being full.

• A client withdraws from a workshop or program due to a serious illness, injury or disability that prevents the client from attending the workshop or program. (Medical certificate is required).

• A client withdraws from a workshop providing no less than 5 working days notice prior to the scheduled date of the workshop.

If the withdrawal occurs during a course of study, after the start of the program, a pro-rata refund of the fee will be considered for serious medical reasons ONLY (Medical certificate is required).

There are NO other grounds for refunds.

Applications for withdrawal from a course of study (program) must be made in writing to:
