The LLP Crew :
Robyn joined the Lifelong Learning Crew over twelve months ago. Her career in adult education has spanned over 20 years. Within that time she has gained extensive experience in all facets of the profession. Highlights include:
- developing an Action learning, VETAB accredited leadership program with an Australian University for a major financial institution
- facilitating team based activities for executives, first level managers, supervisors and project teams
- developing and facilitating strategic business workshops
- developing a mentoring and coaching program for all levels of staff for an international organisation
- developing and facilitating leadership workshops and activities
- facilitating "train the trainer" and presentation skills programs
- developing and facilitating Anti Discrimination workshops and hypotheticals for the Accounting and Legal professions
- change management and training consultant for a national merger of two organisations, including design and facilitation of change workshops
- restructuring of a national learning and development department
Robyn holds a Master's degree in Organisational Development and Training, her thesis being on "360 Degree Feedback as A Development Tool". She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
In the last 5 years, Robyn has been invited to speak at a number of industry conferences in her capacity as Principal Consultant of her own business, Rialto Consulting.
