The Facilitator's Toolkit

Lifelong Learning has many experiential learning activities, tools and resources to enable you to bring your 'sessions to life.'  The activities are usually 1-2 hour interventions that are fun and engaging for the learner. They may be board games, building activities, role-plays, business simulations, or even e.games.

We also have excellent flip-chart markers to provide colour and visual enhancement to your activities and sessions, plus many, many more resources...

Please contact Di Granger if you are looking for something specific.  We will either have it, or know where to get it!

The Team Building

"The whole is greater than the sum of the parts."

The learning within this activity is to make participants aware of cross-functional teams, the benefits of cohesiveness, to break down fiefdoms and silos and create open communication and problem-solving ability.

This is an experiential activity for teams to discover their 'team-roles', leadership ability, communication styles and strategy in a fun and exciting way.

The key outcome is that participants are all part of the one organisation and by working together achieve a greater result. There is also an opportunity to observe the leadership in the group, and MBTI types. This becomes apparent as the group merges and "natural leaders" take over, and others sit back.
