An Introduction to the philosophy of
Lifelong Learning by Di Granger

At Lifelong Learning, we operate within a well-being framework that suggests learning and life’s experiences cannot be in isolation.  That is, when looking at Self, we also look at self in relational and collective terms taking a whole person approach.

We explore work and life to create balance and assist in better understanding the mind-body connection.  We believe that the work and learning we undertake, contributes to the health and well-being of individuals, groups, organisations and communities.

The essence, we believe to achieving a happy, well balanced life is to continuously explore Self.  To continuously identify the role we play in all interactions, to better understand our beliefs and values in order to learn how these drive our actions and behaviours.

Life is all about choice, even when we believe we have no choice!  Conscious choice provides options to strive toward the life and career we desire and in so doing creates balance for well-being ensuring our wellness.

Wellness is the ability to live life to the fullest and to maximise personal potential in a variety of ways. Wellness places responsibility on the individual; it becomes a matter of self-evaluation and self-assessment.

“Wellness involves continually learning and making changes
to enhance your state of wellness”

This site shares perspective through story in the spirit of Lifelong Learning.
