		<description>Nice insight.  I believe the mirror is only brutal if you insist on seeing prince charming or snow white, all perfect and right.  When you can look in your mirror and see the warts (some imperfection) also, that is the path to growth.  The pain felt along the way simply validates the learning and growth.  Learning is being able to challenge yourself and recognise the role we play in each and every interaction, even when it is not a great interaction. It is being able to find a new and different path other than to blame everyone else and recognise that with a little change a different or better perspective can be gained, then the mirror becomes your friend.   You might find the story of Snow White ... interesting.  Check it out here ...

Ah, yes touching on one of those inherently difficult issues which are around behaviour change.  I think the last election saw the Australian public take a stand on the &quot;blame game&quot; issue.  Individuals are required to &quot;balance&quot; things more than ever before - both in and out of the workplace.  Not that this is an excuse, it just requires individuals to have a higher sense of awareness and organistion.  Sometimes though, it is important for people to spend time to &quot;reflect&quot; on what they have done/said and ask the questions that you have outlined.....sometimes people have difficulty answering the questions that they ask....the mirror can be incredibly brutal sometimes.......</description>
