That is, create consciousness around your 'intra' workings, because then, and only then can you effectively 'inter' relate with others.
 
Engaging in leadership development will only prove effective if you are prepared to put your-self under the spotlight and truly analyse, question and review your own reactions to each and every interaction you encounter so you can learn new responses.

Otherwise you risk falling into the pattern of that wonderful adage, "if you continue to do what you have always done, you will continue to get what you have always got." Or as Einstein said: "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.
