Life is a process of becoming conscious, and the MBTI, a tool to enable that journey...
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)Ž is designed to help you become acquainted with the personality gifts you were born with that make you a unique person. It was developed by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs as an application of Carl Jung's theory of psychological types.
The Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorŽ is the most widely used instrument in the world as a foundation for understanding self and valuing differences. It is a tool that draws on the personality concepts of Carl Jung and is designed to aid in understanding our personality type in terms of the preferences we have around four key areas:

  • Energy - Where do we gain our energy; how are we energised;
  • Information - How we gather information and what we pay attention to;
  • Decision making - How we make decision, and
  • Living - How we live or orientate ourselves in the world.

Step II is an advanced method of scoring the MBTI. It provides additional information about the ways individuals develop and use their MBTI preferences by reporting individual results on 20 component parts, or subscales, of the four basic type dimensions.
A unique report is produced for each individual and no reports are alike.
The MBTIŽ EIR report provides unique tips on enhancement of:
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Decision-making
  • Change management
  • Conflict resolution
