To provide the opportunity to review, refine and relate workplace practice to the organisation's safety policy and commitment statement and ensure all legislative requirements are met.

To assist participant's to reflect on workplace issues and incidents that can be reduced or removed as a result of good policy implementation.

To identify possible procedural areas which impact on creating behavioural change around safety in the workplace?
