Course Goals:

To provide participants the tools and techniques to enable a level of happiness through exploring the power of thought and identifying the origins of personal patterns of negative and positive thinking.

Course Objectives:

Upon completing this session participants will be able to:

  • Develop an understanding of the mind-body connection to create personal happiness.
  • Explore the seven (7) dimensions of well-being to ensure balance is provided to achieve wellness and happiness.
