Feedback - POD
There are three (3) types of feedback: positive, negative and none. Which do you think is the most harmful? Yes, you got it right - none! At least with negative feedback we are being noticed.  A fundamental underlying human principle is our need to feel we contribute and are valued.

So no feedback, to most people is devastating. So why do we find the act of providing feedback so hard?

This session provides insights into this seemingly difficult but necessary everyday task. It introduces you to various models for giving and receiving feedback such as the Johari Window, BOFF and the Feedback Hamburger. It provides you with opportunity to practise this skill and overcome any anxieties you may hold concerning interacting with your people and providing sound feedback.
