Course Descriptor

All organisations require people to work effectively together in groups or teams. These teams, referred to, as Work Teams must be effective and productive. An active and enthusiastic team will achieve more than the sum of individual contributions.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Clearly define the roles and responsibilities in team planning.
  • Identify key elements in building team commitment and cooperation.
  • Identify strategies to manage and develop team performance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to participate in and facilitate the work team.
