Step 7 - Group Presentations

Duration: 1 Day

Course Descriptor

This is the mid-way point of the program where participants present the findings of their workplace team projects.

Each team peer critiques the others presentation using a prepared feedback sheet.

At the end of the presentations each individual undertakes a one-on-one coaching session and de-brief of their 360-degree feedback report.
