Course Descriptor

‘Customers are a common ingredient to everyone within the workplace regardless of the size and nature of the business in which they may be employed. Customers exist when a product or service you offer meets or exceeds their quality expectation and satisfies their needs as the most effective solution to their potential problems. It is therefore the customer, not the organisation, who determines the level of customer service that is offered.’

 

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the importance of the customer to the business and its future
  • Implement strategies for delivery of quality customer service
  • Identify methods for continuously improving customer service
