Workplace Relationships Workshops

Developing Teams

Duration: 1 Day

All organisations require people to work effectively together in groups or teams. These teams must be effective and productive. An active and enthusiastic team will achieve more than the sum of individual contributions. This session explores the notion of effective teams, high performance teams and the communication process within teams, looking at empathy and synergy.

Course Goals:

Using a unique tool, this workshop aims to break down fiefdoms and silos that exist within teams, and create a cohesive environment where trust is high and communication is open.
