Workplace Relationships Workshops

Living our Values

Duration: 1 Day

Values are deeply and strongly held beliefs and principles. They are so much a part of us that they are often buried beneath our conscious awareness. Our value-system covers such things as what we believe is right and wrong, good and bad, should and shouldn’t be. It provides an ‘inner-compass’ that guides our actions and decisions.

What do you hold dear?

What do you want from life?

Knowing and acting on our values and making decisions based on them builds our integrity and self-respect. It helps us act in consistently ethical ways. It earns the respect of others.
