Change Management

At Lifelong Learning, we understand that for change to be successful it needs to have a three (3) phased approach.  That is, we need to firstly work with the individual, then the team and then finally the larger system or organisation. 
 
Change Management is a lot of things: the process, tools and techniques to manage the people-side of change processes, to achieve the required outcomes, and to realise the change effectively within the individual change agent, the inner team, and the wider system. 
 
One strategy will never fit all organisations so it is important to carefully consider the change process and consequences for success or failure!
