Organisational Strategy
At Lifelong Learning, we can assist you in two (2) ways:  (1) teach you and your people how to undertake sound planning processes and build strategies to ensure you achieve what you set out to achieve or (2) we can facilitate your planning and strategy process for you with you and your team.

Planning and organisational strategy are an integral part of any business success.

Why plan?

It is often said, “you don’t plan to fail, you fail to plan”

Planning gives direction, reduces the impact of change, minimises waste and redundancy and sets the standards to facilitate control.

Planning establishes coordinated effort. It gives direction to managers and non managers alike. When all concerned know where the organisation is going what they must contribute to reach the objective, they begin to coordinate their activities, cooperate with each other and work in teams. A lack of planning can foster miscommunication, double-ups and prevent an organisation from moving efficiently toward its objectives.  In essence, planning reduces uncertainty by anticipating change.

We use a model called 'The Pyramid of Success' (as shown below) where we explore your vision, mission (aim/purpose) and values and then identify your key result areas (KRAs) and key performance objectives (KPOs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).  We then facilitate a process to create strategy to achieve your outcomes.  The model is visual and experiential and provides a sound process for this very important organisational function.
